VisionLand and Golden Flake share more than just a desire to be successful, we share a beginning, just a dream, that has developed into a powerful reality. Golden Flake started in the basement of a grocery store in 1923 as Magic City Foods. The original products were potato chips and peanut butter cracker sandwiches, with peanut butter made on location from fresh peanuts.

Today Golden Flake, with over 1400 employees, provides quality snacks in 12 southeastern states, and the Bahamas.
