CATERING SERVICES
These general guidelines are important to ensure a successful event at the park. Please review this information carefully before planning your catered outing.
- A minimum guarantee of 50 people is required for catering service on Monday through Thursday.
- A minimum guarantee of 100 people is required for catering service on Friday through Sunday.
MEAL TIMES AND SERVING TIME:
Starting and ending times for your catering services will be determined prior to the outing to guarantee promptness. Any catered event serving perishable food will have a maximum serving time of 90 minutes.
RESERVATION DEADLINE AND PAYMENT POLICY:
A 50% deposit of the total catering cost based on the number of people estimated will be required. This deposit must be remitted by the reservation contract due date. All balances will be due two weeks prior to your group's arrival. The final number of guests to be served at your outing must be given to your sales representative at least 10 days prior to your arrival. Group size may not be increased or decreased by more than 25 percent of the original count. In the event the group size changes by more than 25 percent, a penalty of 50 percent of the total catering costs based on the original group count will be charged. All catered outings must be reserved at least one week prior to arrival.
SERVICE CHARGE:
There is a 10 percent gratuity charge included in the total cost of all food and beverages.
OUTSIDE CATERING IS PROHIBITED: Bringing food and beverages to any function at VisionLand is strictly prohibited. Coolers and picnic baskets are not permitted inside the park.
PERSONAL ATTENTION:
Your VisionLand sales representative will be available to assist your group on the day of your outing. A customer evaluation of the facility and services will also be requested from your group's coordinator. At VisionLand, we understand that our success starts with you. So, we welcome any comments you may have before, during or after your visit. The information you provide will help us to maintain and improve the quality of service we provide to our guests.

THE STEEL CITY PICNIC
This picnic selection features one delicious grilled hamburger or one plump hot dog, served with your choice of one tasty side dish, plus chips and ice cream. A beverage of your choice is also included.

MAGIC CITY COOKOUT
This fabulous selection includes a marinated grilled chicken breast. It also features your choice of one hot or cold side item, plus chips and ice cream. A beverage of your choice is also included.
One time serving: $9.50
THE GREAT ALABAMA BBQ
This more elaborate selection features one serving of barbecue shredded pork or barbecue chicken served with your choice of one hot or cold side item, plus chips and ice cream. A beverage of your choice is also included.
One time serving: $9.95
All packages include:

Additional side items may be purchased for just $.95 per person, per item. Ask your sales representative about our specialty menu items.
BEVERAGES:
One beverage of your choice (tea, lemonade, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, Mt. Dew, water) is included with your meal.
