The park is located 16 miles southwest of Birmingham near the interchange of I-20/59 and I-459 in Bessemer, Alabama. The one price admission for rides provides fun for the entire family, including a wooden roller coaster, a children's ride area, a water park and, the exciting river rapids ride, Wild River Gorge. VisionLand is Alabama's Family Place!

Admissions Policy

Price includes admission to the grounds and the water park. Admission includes unlimited ride privileges for one day. Admission also includes full use of all rides, attractions, shows and the water park. For safety, all visitors to the park will pass through a metal detector at the front gate and bags are subject to search. All prices, policies and hours are subject to change without notice. VisionLand is designed to serve guests with disabilities. All major credit cards and travelers checks are accepted. Individual season passes are also available at a discount rate.

PARKING
Ample parking is available with around the clock security. Parking costs are $5.00 per vehicle. In addition, parking coupon books are available for $20. They allow visitors to prepay parking admission for up to 6 visits to VisionLand (save $4). You can purchase parking coupon books at VisionLand's season passport processing center. Call 481--4750 for more information. Passes may be purchased in advance of your outing to cover parking costs.

RAIN CHECKS
We're sorry, but just as other amusement parks and outdoor attractions, VisionLand does not offer rain checks. However, many of the shops and shows may be enjoyed regardless of the weather conditions.

PICNIC LUNCHES
While food is not allowed to be brought into the park,VisionLand offers a wide variety of delicious food concessions for your enjoyment.
