Warrior River Warrior River features a zero-depth entry pool with a special non-slip surface to provide unimpeded access for the disabled, elderly, and young families. The River flows in a counterclockwise direction at a depth of 3 feet, approximately 1100 feet long and 15 feet wide. The total water surface area is 17,500 square feet and utilized 369,000 gallons of water. The entire river system is recycled every three hours through two Whitten 108-inch, high rate pressure sand filters. A 30-foot high themed water tower will empty water from an overhead discharge pipe onto riders floating on their inner tubes. The landscape was selected for an aquatic river theme including river birches, ornamental grasses and several species of lilies. The River will also feature a 60-foot long cave with mist sprayers and a waterfall at the exit.
