The Mine Shaft
Manufactured by ProSlide Technology, the four flumes have 1463 feet of fiberglass, the majority of which is fully enclosed for a "dark ride" experience in single inner tubes. The vertical height from the start pools to the plunge pool is 41 feet. Each flume uses 3,000 gallons of water per minute. The plunge pool contains 70,000 gallons of water. |

Entrance Plaza
Over 12,000 square feet of area to support the merchandise shops, restrooms, changing facilities, outdoor showers, lockers, guest services, food concessions, and covered dining pavilions. The entire plaza is elevated approximately 8 feet above the water activities to provide unobstructed viewing areas. |

Tower Works
The pool has 8000 square feet of water surface area with two zero-depth entry points to a maximum depth of 12 inches. The pool bottom has a special non-slip surface. A total of 60,000 gallons of water is completely recycled through the filtration system every hour. The Treehouse uses 3,000 gallons per minute of water to operate all the various interactive equipment. Attached to the treehouse are two WhiteWater fiberglass slides. The open flume slide starts at the 14 foot high tower and has a length of 112 feet. The enclosed flume slide starts at the 20 foot high tower and has a length of 138 feet. Both slides utilize a total of 1400 gallons of water per minute. |

Warrior River
Warrior River features a zero-depth entry pool with a special non-slip surface to provide unimpeded access for the disabled, elderly, and young families. The River flows in a counterclockwise direction at a depth of 3 feet, approximately 1100 feet long and 15 feet wide. The total water surface area is 17,500 square feet and utilized 369,000 gallons of water. The entire river system is recycled every three hours through two Whitten 108-inch, high rate pressure sand filters. A 30-foot high themed Water Tower will empty water from an overhead discharge pipe onto riders floating on their inner tubes. The landscape was selected for an aquatic river theme including river birches, ornamental grasses and several species of lilies. The River will also feature a 60-foot long cave with mist sprayers and a waterfall at the exit. |

Quarry Bay
Located inside the Steel River, Quarry Bay is for the smaller children and has 4,200 square feet of water surface area with a zero-depth entry to a depth of 18 inches. A special non-slip surface has been used on the pool bottom. The pool contains 33,000 gallons of water and is completely recycled every 30 minutes through its own filtration system. The pool has a four lane "chute" slide (provided by ProSlide), 4 feet high and 21 feet long, located on the side of the artificial "rock" quarry (provided by Fred Shorey Studios). Two small waterfalls cascade from the rocks above and directly adjacent to the river cave area. Within the pool there is a scaled-down version of a dump truck complete with its own padded slide, a construction man jack-hammering "rocks" from the quarry, and a train car containing the "rocks"; all of which are shooting sprays of water into the air (provided by NBGS International). At the zero-depth entry are geysers and bubblers for interactive water play. |
